Today, I’ve been juicing for 4 weeks! It’s been a life changing
experience. I’ve read a lot, learned so much and feel great.
I’ve always been amazed with the design, construction and function of the human body. Have you read More Than Meets The Eye, by Richard A. Swenson M.D.? This book gives the reader a fascinating glimpse of God’s Power and Design. Everyone should read it.
‘Let the record show: both Science and Scripture reveal a God who is brilliant and wise, powerful and precise, intimate and personal. Every molecule and magnetar demonstrate a vast, rich, and beautiful creation. When we better understand the power and genius of God’s creation, it helps us to rest in His sovereignty.’
It’s been eye opening to discover that God also made an amazing variety of fruits and vegetables to nourish our bodies. Each and everyone rich in nutrients, custom designed by the same to fuel, replenish, and restore health and wellness, from head to toe.
We all know fruits and vegetables are good for us. That’s why our mothers’ told us to eat our vegetables. We know! But we/I choose what sounds good instead of what is good. In the future, I will make decisions with my mind, not taste buds. I’m so thankful that juicing fresh vegetables and fruits is not only rebooting my body but also my mind.
NOTE: Go easy on the radishes, they have a strong flavor that jumps out in this combination…..pretty color, though.
DAY 28 : 20 pounds!!!
Yay! It’s the least I’ve weighed in 9 years.
I’m so excited. I’ve been trying to do this for so long…am now I am! I’ve tried everything but couldn’t stay with it. I’m amazed and so grateful! Thank you, Kimberly for encouraging me to watch, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. Thank you Joe Cross, for sharing your story and documenting your juicing journey. So thousands of people could see with their own eyes...
Most of all. Thank you God, for your ever present hand.
My juice reboot continues.
I’ve got 32 more days.
I’m ready to lose more!
win the day!
