DAY 4 - In the Pink!


Yesterday, I read about the benefits of grapefruit and decided to juice 3 before heading to  Titan3 boot camp. As you can see the color is gorgeous and the taste was amazing! Halfway through my workout, I couldn’t help but notice how energetic I felt. Until now, I had always thought my best breakfast was a couple of scrambled eggs but I do believe the juice gives me more get-up-and-go!

I feel great all day long. Did you know fresh squeezed juice is very filling? I so surprised! And to make matters better I’ve already lost 6 pounds!

I am following your progress and inspiration!! I live in Cassi's hometown and love her Lyssa, they are so sweet!! I know she will be of Great help to you!! I am contemplating doing all of this as I am at a loss as how to do this again and once and for all just be healthy! So many emotions!! Good Luck to you and I look forward to your posts!!

We have a juicer too! I used it this morning with:
- 1/3 grapefruit
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 beet (makes such a pretty hot pink color!!!)
- little bit of honey
- 1/2 frozen banana

So yummy!!! Thanks for the inspiration and the juicing combinations! Lotta good choices!!!
