To my daughter!

Precious Beth,

Giving birth to a baby is an momentous milestone in a woman's life. From beginning to end, it's an extra sensory explosion! One week ago, I watched prayerfully as you battled through hours of painful labor. Helplessly, I looked for ways to make you more comfortable but damp washcloths and encouraging words fell short. Essentially when things got tough Beth, you did too! Being at you side and holding your hand was a honor. Something I'll never forget. I am proud of you. You have grown into an amazing woman, wife and mother. You impress me, you bless me. I love you.

Thanks mom...you made me cry! I love you so much, and just so you know, the damp wash cloths and encouraging words meant more than you know. Can't wait to see y'all soon!
