Yesterday after Titan 3 Boot Camp, I ran into HEB to restock on vegetables and fruits. I filled my shopping cart with bags tangerines, green apples, oranges, pears, celery, swiss chard, zucchini, cucumbers, mint, basil, romaine hearts, radishes and pineapples (only .97 cents this week!).
At 8:00 this morning I started off the day with:
2 red grapefruit
1 large red pepper
1 carrot
several red stems cut off of swiss chard
The color reminds of Red Coral.
It was delicious and filling.
At 12;30 I created this lovely concoction.
Green Pineapple Juice:
Though chock full of all kinds of good green stuff this juice tastes mostly of pineapple and cilantro. Which reminds me of a pineapple salsa that they serve at Pappasita’s Cantina. It has fresh pineapple, red pepper, jalapeno and cilantro. It’s so good!
I’d highly recommend both of these combinations. They are unique. Like nothing you’ve tasted before. Be open minded.
Happy juicing!
Day 18 – 17 lbs. lost forever!
Thank you, Jesus, for enabling me to be committed, determined, open and excited! Thank you for energy, a sense of well being, enthusiasm and hope. The weight loss has been a gift. I know you are with me and for me. I am very grateful.
