After getting settled into my new studio this week, I was anxious to pick up my brushes and oil paint today. I decided on a photo of a fall tree line for my subject matter and here's what I have so far....
I'm so grateful for this opportunity. It's hard to explain how much it means....it's been a dream for a long time.

I love all your art work. Today I was talking to one of my new Coach's wife friends and telling them about my 'blog buddies' and mentioned you and your picture of your house with the yard painted and come to find out they coached with you guys. Craig and Ann Charlton - they are at Whitney now - he is the DC and my husband is the OC - they just live down the road from me - but they said to make sure and tell you guys hi!! We all went to the Baylor - UT game together today since we didn't make the playoffs.
