Magnolia House……First Christmas in the kitchen!

Lot’s of vintage goodies found at estate and garage sales. Folk art by Lib Cummings,

Larkspur Lane. Below, Carter’s Gingerbread house with ribbon candy roof.

Premade Snowman cookie was $1.00 a Big Lots and Dollar Tree.

Gingerbread house made from a pre baked kit $3.99 at Ikea! Candy and icing

not included….so much fun to make!

The kitchen, the kitchen. What a merry place to be! It’s the hub of the house…and

the place to be. Just a step away is the studio, where all kinds of fun things happen.

It’s a place to paint and create. Art, salt dough ornaments and gingerbread houses

to name just a few!

Magnolia House…….First Christmas, continued.

When I walk into this room I feel so at home. Almost child like. Without a doubt I

would have loved this room when I was a little girl. It is full of Christmas cheer!

A great place to listen for reindeer paws.

Magnolia House……..First Christmas, cont..

This cozy bedroom,  is the sight of the annual Snow Ball. Folk art snowman dance under the warm

glow of lights. Let it snow!
